HERMANSVILLE — Offense was on full display at the 86th Gold Medal Classic in Hermansville on Monday night as R Place of Spalding defeated the Morning Ballers 101-65. The game was tied at 18 early on but a 41-point effort from Ryan Sweeney including a dunk to cap things off was too much for the Ballers to overcome.

R Place’s Nick Williams had 14 points and Plunger added 10.

Jeff Dibolt had 15 points for the Morning Ballers and Jason Davis added 13.
