STAMBAUGH –Bark River-Harris football earned its fifth win of the season on Friday with a 49-0 triumph over West Iron County.

The Broncos improve to 5-3 on the season, matching last season’s win total while also clinching their sixth-straight winning record in regular season play.

Justin Bergquist had 89 yards rushing and a touchdown off two carries. Christian Spear totaled 83 rushing yards and a score. Dom Lantange added 65 yards and a score on the ground and Troy Johnson churned 48 yards and a touchdown rushing.

Dane Schmitt finished 3 of 4 passing for 51 yards and a score. Olin Johnson had a 28 yards receiving touchdown and had a punt return for a touchdown.

The Broncos conclude their regular season at 7 p.m. Friday against Menominee.
