EDITOR:

Since the recall election last May, the Delta County Commissioner meetings have improved. The new board members are respectful of each other and their constituents. The first order of business was to reinstate our local prosecuting attorney as the county’s legal representative, as promised and delivered by Commissioner Kelli van Ginhoven. Our commissioners and community are working together, not putting partisan politics over what is best for the people. Let’s keep this momentum going. I support Kelli van Ginhoven for Delta County Commissioner, District 4. If you vote at Escanaba City Hall or the Civic Center, you are in District 4 and she is your representative. You can cross over on the ballot, be sure to fill in the bubble next to her name.
