The Delta County Trades & Labor Charity Fund donated $500 to the Escanaba Recreation Department to have this year’s Holiday Celebration for their After School Program. Students in 4th – 12th grades that are registered for the After School Program will participate in a Holiday Celebration in December. Recreation Director Kim Peterson stated, “Our community is very fortunate to have organizations such as Delta County Trades & Labor/Charity Fund who give back to various entities throughout the year. Their recent donation will fund the upcoming Holiday Celebration taking place in December. We currently have 137 youth registered for our After School Program and we are grateful for their donation.”
