Scott J. Peterson

BARK RIVER — Scott J. Peterson, 62, of Bark River, entered into eternal life on Monday, March 24, 2025, while surrounded by his family after a brave battle with cancer.

Among survivors include his wife, Laurie and sons, Greg (Pam) Peterson and Logan (Emily) Peterson.

Visitation will take place at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 1236 Old U.S. 2 & 41, Bark River, MI 49807 on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. A celebration of life service will take place at the funeral home after the visitation with Pastor Christine Bergquist officiating. A luncheon will follow at the Bark River Senior Center.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, which was a special interest of Scotts.

The Crawford Funeral Homes are assisting the Peterson family.
