Patricia Alice Pearson

WETMORE — Patricia Alice Pearson, 85, of Round Lake (Wetmore), Michigan passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at her home at Round Lake. She was born November 10, 1939 in Kenosha, Wis. and was the daughter of Alexander and Dorothea (Bain) Scheer. Pat married Donald Pearson, and he preceded her in death on October 7, 2024. Her passion was teaching and she taught five years in lower Michigan, three years at the Buckeye in 3rd grade and 27 years at Cameron School in Gladstone in 4th grade. She retired in 2000. Pat was a member of the Round Lake Book Club and enjoyed knitting.

Pat is survived by son Daniel (Susan Marie) Glimn of Whitehall, Penn.; stepsons James Donald (Karen) Pearson of Janesville, Wis., and Christopher James Pearson; former husband Terry Glimn of Bark River; grandchildren Lauraine Pearson and Savannah Pearson-Daulluhn; sister Cynthia Scheer of Colorado Springs, Colo.; brothers Robert Scheer of British Columbia, Canada and Andrew Scheer Colorado Springs, Colo. and several nieces and nephews.

A family gathering will be held this summer at the Pearson Camp at Round Lake. The Anderson Funeral Homes of Escanaba and Gladstone are assisting the Pearson family with the arrangements and online condolences can be sent to the family at www.andersonfuneralhomes.net
