Kenneth Dale Cook

Ken was born December 27, 1953 in Escanaba. He was raised in Escanaba and graduated from the Escanaba High School. He was united in marriage to Christine Conlon on August 23, 1975 in Germfask, Mich. Ken worked as an auto mechanic for Town and Country Motors in Escanaba for many years. He enjoyed motor sports and owned and raced a stock car. He also enjoyed vacations with Christine to Las Vegas, camping, fishing, woodworking and was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan. Ken was a kind man that was always willing to help people and loved to spend time with his family and beloved dog, Gracie.

Ken is survived by his wife, Christine of Escanaba, his daughter, Jennifer (Christopher) Clausen of Escanaba, four grandchildren, Lily, Gracie, Mia and Asher, three sisters, he was especially close to Kay and also several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Dolores and Donald Poirier, an infant daughter, Michelle, grandmother, Angeline Sinnaeve and mother-in-law, Jessie Conlon.

A Celebration of Life Service for Ken will be held at a later date and will be announced by the Skradski Family Funeral Home in Escanaba.
