RAPID RIVER — Stanley Jay Ohlen passed away suddenly at the age of 69 in Avon Park, Florida.

Stan was born on August 16, 1955 to Austin and Irene (Gillis) Ohlen and was a lifelong resident of Rapid River. He was preceded in death by his parents, Austin and Irene; brother, Carl; and sister, Shirley Tuttle. He is survived by his sisters, Sandy and Susan; brother, John; loving friend, Rebecca Anderson; and “the boys”, Andrew and Anthony.

Stan was outgoing loved to laugh, and for everyone to have a nice time. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, riding his motorcycles, golfing and just hanging out throwing back a few. Stan was an avid Packer fan, was a no fuss, no muss person, always positive. Stan is loved by many and will be dearly missed by all.

We will have a celebration sometime this summer so we can all share the many stories we have of our friend Stan.
