Barbara L. (Goodrich) Revis

CLAIRE, Mich. — Barbara L. (Goodrich) Revis, formerly of Stonington and Gladstone, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at MediLodge of Clare Nursing Home Facility, in Clare, Mich., at the age of 90.

Barbara was born May 20,1933, in St. Louis, Mo., the daughter of James Grant and Edith Monette (Lawless) Goodrich. She graduated from High School in San Francisco, Calif., in 1951. Barbara lived in various locations throughout her life. She spent over 20 years in Amarillo, Texas, where she worked prior to her retirement in 1999.

Barbara is survived by children, Benjamin (Maki) Phipps of Asheville, N.C., E. Gerald (Ellen) Revis of East Lansing, Mich., Laurel (Keith) Allen of Gladstone, Mich.; Brother, Robert (Leticia) Goodrich of Amarillo, Texas; and sister, Kathleen Merriman of Topeka, Kan.

Also surviving are her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, James and Edith, Barbara was preceded in death by sister, Nancy Goodrich Lower.

Barbara will be laid to rest at the Lakewood Cemetery in Stonington in the spring of 2024. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting with arrangements. Messages of condolence may be offered at www.skradskifuneralhomes.com
