ESCANABA — There will be a public meeting to discuss the intended changes to water/wastewater rates, which are set to take place July 1. The meeting is Thursday, May 1,  at 5 p.m. in council chambers at the Escanaba City Hall.

This meeting will provide an opportunity for customers to learn more about the need for the adjustments, ask questions, and share their thoughts.

As part of ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and open communication with customers, the City of Escanaba is inviting the community to participate in the discussion about the necessary changes to water/wastewater rates. The adjustments  are crucial to support infrastructure improvements, comply with regulatory requirements, and continue providing reliable services.
