No print paper Thursday, e-edition available
ESCANABA — With the U.S. Postal Service shut down for the national day of mourning in honor of President Jimmy Carter, The Daily Press will not publish a print version of the newspaper Thursday, Jan. 9 due to no mail delivery.
Thursday’s comics, puzzles, games and horoscopes will be included in the Friday edition.
The Daily Press also will have a digital version of Thursday’s newspaper that subscribers can view on its website at www.ironmountaindailynews.com.
Here is how subscribers can access the e-edition:
– In your web browser on your computer, tablet or phone, go to the Daily Press home page at
https://dailypress.net/
– Navigate to the top of the page and click on the link under the logo that reads “Today’s paper”.
– Click on the image of the paper.
– If you have created an account, sign in by entering your User Name and Password.
– If you have not created an account, click on the link that reads “VALIDATE your print subscription to get your login and password”.
Fill out the form with your information and click the “Look up” button. You must use only the number portion of your street address.
The Daily Press office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday.
Regular publication will resume Friday.
