ESCANABA — Electric line crews will perform powerline maintenance requiring brief power outages between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. today in parts of Escanaba . Outage durations are expected to last less than 15 minutes for any single customer. The affected locations are from 18th Avenue South to 25th Avenue South between South 22nd Street and Lakeshore Drive. In case of inclement weather, the backup date is Wednesday, December 18 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

“We understand that anytime the electric service is interrupted it is inconvenient, and we will do everything we can to limit the time you are without power,” city officials said.
