ESCANABA — Bay College now has a new face as well as a familiar one on the board of trustees.

Voters of Delta County chose incumbent Terri Mileski and newcomer Steven D. Soderman to fill the two open trustee positions at Bay College. Three candidates ran to fill the two open positions on the board. The open seats were those of Thomas L. Butch, who opted to retire following over 50 years of service, and Terri Mileski, whose current term expired. Soderman received the most votes at 9,936 votes (40.8), Mileski received 8,692 votes (35.7 %), and Dennis Hopkins received 5,393 votes (22.1 %). Mileski and Soderman will join Eric L. Lundin, Nicholas M. Chenier, Stephen T. Davis, Wendy B. Middaugh and Joy E. Hopkins on the Bay College Board of Trustees.
