Gladstone assessments are no longer due
GLADSTONE — Regarding the Gladstone special assessment verdict:
All special assessments that were billed out in October of this year to Gladstone property owners are no longer due by Nov. 15, 2024. These bills will be voided, reported City Manager Eric Buckman after conversing with the city attorney.
Any special assessment payments on this year’s invoice after the close of business on Nov. 5, 2024 (Election Day) will be returned to the property owner.
