Esky wants residents to take Master Plan survey
ESCANABA — The City of Escanaba is seeking input from residents as part of the ongoing effort to update the city’s Master Plan. This plan will help shape the future of Escanaba, guiding development, land use, and public services for years to come. The city is asking all community members to participate in a brief online survey to share their thoughts and visions for Escanaba’s future.
The survey, available online www.surveymonkey.com/r/Escanabampsurvey, covers key areas such as housing, transportation, parks, economic development, and more. The input collected will be critical in identifying priorities and ensuring that the Master Plan reflects the needs and aspirations of the people who call Escanaba home.
“This is an important opportunity for our residents to have a direct impact on the future of Escanaba,” said Tyler Anthony, planning administrator. “We want to hear from everyone — whether you’ve lived here your whole life or are new to the area–so we can build a plan that benefits the entire community.”
The survey will remain open until at least November 1, although it may remain open for longer.
Paper copies are available at City Hall or can be requested by calling 906-786-9402.
