Maker of solar panel clarified
ESCANABA — There was a misstatement in the article entitled “Solar project construction to peak this summer,” which was published in the March 31 Daily Press.
The article incorrectly reported that the solar panels for the Renegade Solar Project in St. Nicholas were made by the California-based Nextracker.
In actuality: “The solar panels are produced at Invenergy’s Illuminate USA facility in Ohio. The racking is made by Nextracker,” said Invenergy Communications Manager Ellie Turner.
