ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Tyler Jocef Segerstrom, of 1035 1/2 Curry Street, in Marinette pled guilty to one count of possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine – habitual offender 3rd offense.

He was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 173 days already served.

Segerstrom was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.

Patrick Ryan Gentry, of 1406 10th Avenue, in Menominee pled guilty to one county of attempted breaking and entering a building with intent. He will serve 12 months on probation and was also ordered to pay $908 in fines and fees.

Kerry Ann Pelkola, of #784615 Huron Valley Complex 3201 Bemis Road, in Ypsilanti pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver – methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 37 months to 20 years in prison with credit for 71 days already served. Pelkola was also ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees.

William Thomas Baribeau, of 823 2nd Avenue South, Apt. 4, in Escanaba pled guilty to one count of failure to register – sex offender. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for 45 already served. The jail time is held in abeyance. He will also be placed on probation for 24 months.

Baribeau was also ordered to pay $848 in fines and fees.
