ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.
Eric Moran, of 1417 1st Avenue North, in Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for three days already served. He will also be placed on probation for 12 months. Moran was also ordered to pay $848 in fines and fees.
Evie Marie Munson, of 1306 North 23rd Street, in Escanaba, pled guilty to one count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for two days already served. She will also be placed on probation for 12 months. Munson was also ordered to pay $848 in fines and fees.
Molly Jean Jones, of 3345 West Maple Ridge 37th Road, in Rock, pled guilty to one county of operating while in intoxicated and one count of possession of a controlled substance – buprenorphine. He was sentenced to 93 days in jail for the first county with 167 days already served and 12 months on the second count, also with 167 days already served.
The sentences are to be served concurrently. Jones was also ordered to pay $958 in fines and fees.
