ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Lawrence Edward Lang Jr., of 700 South 38th Street, Unit 41, in Escanaba pled guilty to one count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and one count of domestic violence.

He was sentenced to 16 months to 24 months in prison for the first count and 93 days for the second count.

The sentences are to be served concurrently. He was also ordered to pya $248 in fines and fees.

Michael Steven Kittell, of N5395 Benson Road, in Eben Junction, pled guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense. He was sentenced to 181 days in jail with credit for 181 days already served. Kittell will also be placed on probation for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay $1873 in fines and fees.
