ESCANABA — The Community Foundation for Delta County, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Upper Peninsula, announces a new fund established at the community foundation called the Roni Lynn Mayville Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The Roni Lynn Mayville Memorial Scholarship Fund was started by Roni’s loving family in her honor. It will award an annual scholarship to a Gladstone High School graduate who intends to continue her education in the Teaching or Science Fields preferably, if no such candidate, then will be awarded to a young women continuing her education at an institute of higher learning.
