This significant contribution will support the pantry’s mission to provide essential food resources to students in need. The donation comes at a crucial time as the demand for food assistance continues to grow. The funds will be used to stock the pantry with nutritious food items, ensuring that students have access to the sustenance they need to succeed academically and personally. “We are incredibly grateful to the Delta County 100+ Women Who Care for their generosity and support,” says Amy Gibbs, Director of Career and Workforce Development at Bay College. “This donation will make a tremendous impact on our students’ lives, helping to alleviate food insecurity and allowing them to focus on their studies.” The Delta County 100+ Women Who Care is a group of dedicated women who come together quarterly to make a positive impact in their community. Each team contributes $100, and the group collectively decides which local charity or organization will receive their pooled donations.
