ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court.

Ronald David Frans, of 5170 County 420 21st Road, in Gladstone, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance – cocaine – 25 to 49 grams. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days already served. He will also be placed on probation for 12 months. Frans was also ordered to pay $908 in fines and fees.
