ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.
Nakia Mae Hudson, of N15351 Cedarview Drive, in Wilson pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance- methamphetamine. She was sentenced to four months in jail with credit for six days already served. Hudson was also ordered to pay $1017.60 in fines and fees.
Kenneth Gene Rausch Jr., of 6277 M.25 Lane, in Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 263 days in jail with credit for 263 days already served. He was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.
Tonia Lynn Nelson aka Tonia Lynn Holmberg, of 1391 Old 2 & 41, in Bark River pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamines. She was sentenced to 156 days in jail with credit for 156 days already served. Nelson was also ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees. In a separate case, Nelson pleaded guilty to one count of manufacture/creation/delivery of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 36 months to 20 years in prison with credit for 155 days already served.

Raymond Scott Reinhardt, of Manistique, pleaded guilty one count of criminal sexual conduct of a incapacitated victim in the 4th degree. He was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for seven days already served. He will also be placed on probation for 60 months. Reinhardt was also ordered to pay $848 in fines and fees.
Michael Raymond Racicot, of 512 South 15th Street, in Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of failure to register as a sex offender and one count of sex offenders – refusing/failing to pay registration fee. He was sentenced to 12 months for each count and credited a total of 180 days already served. The sentences will be served concurrently. He was also ordered to pay $748 in fines and fees.
Stacy Arthur London, of 2515 South 21st Street, in Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of failure to register as a sex offender. London was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 99 days already served. London was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.
