Conservation on Tap workshop planned
ESCANABA — Join the Delta Conservation District for their first event in a series called Conservation on Tap. The first workshop in the series is Composting 101. The event will feature Landen Tetil a Produce Safety Technician from Michigan on Farm Produce Safety. Landen will speak on compostable materials, troubleshooting, apartment – small space composting, large scale composting and vermicomposting. Saunders Point Brewing will be the location of the event on Thursday, March 13 at 6 p.m. Cost will be $15 and includes a composting bucket and a drink chip.
