October 3

4:19 pm Deputy was dispatched to a two-vehicle traffic crash on M-35 in Ingallston Township. A vehicle driven by Anthony Logue (34) of Spring Harbor, MI crossed the centerline while traveling north and struck the mirror of a vehicle driven by Montana Matzke (19) of Gladstone. Both vehicles sustained functional damage and no injuries were reported.

October 4

4:17 pm Deputy was advised to contact a subject on First St in Meyer Township for a malicious destruction of property complaint.

October 5

09:27 am a Deputy was dispatched to a malicious destruction of property complaint on Cedar St in Spalding Township. The caller stated her son damaged her vehicle and had fled on foot. He was located and an investigation was conducted.

8:31 pm Deputy was dispatched to CR 551 in Harris Township for a stolen vehicle complaint. An investigation was conducted and the vehicle was found to have been towed from a location in Delta County. The caller was informed and he chose not to pursue any further investigation.

October 6

2 am Deputy initiated a traffic stop on Belgiumtown Rd in Stephenson Township for expired registration plates. An investigation concluded that the 41-year-old Stephenson woman was intoxicated. She was arrested for operating while intoxicated and driving while license revoked. She was transported to the Menominee County Jail where she was lodged

4:20 pm a Deputy was to Old US 2 & 41 in Harris Township for a larceny compliant in progress. Upon arriving on scene, the caller stated he witnesses two subjects outside take an item and put it in the back of their pick up and take off. An investigation was conducted and is ongoing.

October 7

3:58 pm a Deputy was dispatched to Willow Rd in Menominee Township for a larceny complaint. The caller stated he had an item stolen out of his truck after he had left it parked at the location for a short time. An investigation was conducted and is ongoing.

October 8

10:06 pm Deputy was dispatched to an alarm at a business on US 41 in the City of Stephenson. Upon investigation the building was found to be secure.

October 9

9:27 am Deputy was dispatched to Ashland St in Spalding Township for a fraud complaint. The caller stated he had received a bad check and he is unable to get ahold of the suspect. Contact was made and the suspect agreed to go pay the bill and the incident would be closed.

9:57 pm a Deputy was dispatched to an alarm at a business on US 41 in the City of Stephenson. Upon investigation the building was found to be secure.

9:34 pm Deputy initiated a traffic stop on CR 356 in Stephenson Township for disregarding a stop sign. Upon further investigation the driver, a 46-year-old Daggett man was arrested for operating while intoxicated. The man was transported to the Menominee County Jail where he was lodged.

October 10

5:16 am Deputy was dispatched to an alarm at a business on US 41 in the City of Stephenson. Upon investigation the building was found to be secure.
