ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.
Marissa Ann Kalmbach, of 605 South 10th Street, Apt. 1., Escanaba pleaded no contest to two counts of assaulting/resisting a police officer. She was sentenced to three months in jail for each offense with credit for five days already served for each count. The sentences will run concurrently. Kalmbach was also ordered to serve probation for a period of 24 months. She was also ordered to pay $976 in fines and fees.
Shannon Dee Stevenson, of 47 Sandy Lane, in Gladstone pleaded guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamines and one count of possession of cocaine less than 25 grams.
For the possession of methamphetamines, Stevenson was sentenced to 20 months to 10 years in prison with credit for 83 days already served.
For the possession of cocaine less than 25 grams, Stevenson was sentenced to 17 months to four years in prison with credit for 83 days already served. The sentences will be served concurrently. Stevenson was also ordered to pay $266 in fines and fees.

Stevenson was sentenced to 20 months to 10 years in prison with credit for 85 days already served. Stevenson was also ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees.
Caterina Dannelle Gordon, of 15931 Water Street, in Garden pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury and one count of child abuse in the third degree. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 3 days already served for each count. The sentences will run concurrently. Gordon will also be placed on probation for a period of 24 months. She was ordered to pay $3456 in fines, fees and restitution.
Rhett Cole Davis of 101 County Highway 261, in Oran, Mo., pleaded guilty to one count of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Davis was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days already served. He was also ordered to pay $50 in fines and fees.
