ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Jeffrey John Koos, of 9036 E, M-36, in Whitemore Lake (Maxey/Woodland Correctional Facility) pleaded guilty to once count of failure to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to 10 months in jail. Koos was sentenced to 10 months in jail. He was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.

Levi Thomas Labutte, of 16338 18th Road, in Garden pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine/ecstasy in two separate cases. Labutte was sentenced to 12 months in jail for each offense with credit for a total of 267 days already served.

The charges will be served concurrently. He was also ordered to pay a total of $896 in fines and fees.

Rose Marie St. Cyr, of 6865 County Road, in Felch pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine, heroin, or another narcotic) less than 25 grams. St. Cyr was sentenced to 144 days in jail with credit for 144 days already served.
