ESCANABA — Community Foundation for Delta County President Cheryl Andzejewski announced a new fund started at the Community Foundation for Delta County, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Upper Peninsula, called the Patrick Bergmann and Joan S. Bermann Endowment Scholarship Fund.

The Patrick Bergmann and Joan S. Bermann Endowment Scholarship Fund was started by the Patrick W. Bergmann and Joan S. Bermann Trust and will provide an annual scholarship(s) to a Bark River High School graduate who intends to continue his/her education at Michigan Technological University (MTU). This scholarship is renewable, for not more than three years.
