The extended family of Marge and Louie Viau gathered in August to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of what would be Louie’s 100th birthday on October 19th. Thrivent Financial Advisor, Sarah Franks, Viau’s granddaughter, suggested the idea of having a fund raiser to bring awareness and assistance to those with memory loss, which Mr. Viau suffered from. Through an auction of miscellaneous items, the family raised $254.00 to donate to the Community Action Agency Adult Day Services. This service was very beneficial at the time the Viau family needed the extra care and they are very excited to give it back.
