Sadie Milbrath, F.N.P. joins the Marshfield-Dickinson Primary Care

IRON MOUNTAIN — Sadie Milbrath, F.N.P. joins the Marshfield-Dickinson Primary Care Team has joins the Marshfield-Dickinson Primary Care Team and is now seeing patients in our Iron Mountain Primary Care clinic, Sadie Milbrath is a family nurse practitioner who coordinates and cares for a wide range of patients and health conditions across all age groups.

“I’m passionate about connecting with people on a personal level and making a positive impact in their lives, whether by providing care during difficult times or empowering them to live healthier.”

Many of her patients come in for routine health checkups, preventive care and management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and asthma.

She also treats common acute illnesses like upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections and seasonal allergies.

Additionally, Milbrath treats mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, which are increasingly common in primary care settings.

Her role involves not only treating these conditions but also focusing on education and lifestyle modifications to help prevent more serious health issues in the future.

“Building meaningful relationships allows me to understand my patient’s unique needs and challenges,” she said.

Milbrath chose family medicine so she could help a wide variety of people from her community.

“I like the diversity of family medicine,” she said. “I see and address various health needs and treat patients of all ages. I enjoy being a provider who can offer healthcare expertise and guidance throughout all stages of someone’s life.”

Even at a very young age, helping others has been a driving force for Milbrath.

“I love all aspects of family medicine. I am most passionate about connecting with my patients on a personal level,” she said. “Seeing my patients thrive and achieve their health goals is incredibly rewarding. It reinforces my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care.”

Milbrath earned her master of science in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University, University Center, Michigan, and her bachelor of science in nursing from Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Michigan.

In her free time, Milbrath enjoys reading books, traveling and spending time with family. Whether it’s enjoying a quiet night at home, exploring the outdoors or sharing a meal, Milbrath says these moments bring her joy and keep her well-grounded.
