Delta Force Class of 2025 kicks off leadership journey

Delta Force Class of 2025
ESCANABA — The Delta Force Class of 2025 officially began its leadership journey, bringing together an impressive group of Delta County professionals eager to deepen their understanding of the local economy and community.
The program kicked off on February 20 with Leadership Day, setting the stage for a nine-month immersive learning experience. Throughout the sessions, students will explore the inner workings of Delta County’s economy, gaining insights from local manufacturers, business owners, entrepreneurs, community leaders, law enforcement officials, educators, media professionals, and environmental experts.
One of the program’s key focuses is on service and its role in economic growth. Students will engage in discussions about the challenges and rewards of leadership while discovering ways to contribute to our waterfront community’s development. Each session includes breakfast and lunch, generously sponsored by local businesses and organizations.
As part of the curriculum, participants will also delve into the pressing issues facing education in Delta County during Education Day, providing them with a deeper appreciation of the complexities within the education system.
