I Heart Mac & Cheese is owned and operated by local businesswoman Liza Ploude and her husband, Jerry, who owns the popular Drifters Family Restaurant in Escanaba. According to Liza, “We are eager to join the I Heart Mac & Cheese family because who doesn’t love mac and cheese?” We are utilizing our restaurant experience to bring a new concept to our hometown. Our community is ready for something new, especially a childhood favorite with a twist. We are happy to offer gluten-free and vegan options as well.”
