Eagles seek officer ­nominations

ESCANABA — Eagles Aerie #1088 will hold nominations for officers on Tuesday, April 15, at a 7 p.m. meeting.

Those unable to attend may send a letter of intent to have name a nominated for an office. Letter must be filed before meetings.

St. Anthony’s raffle ­winner named

ESCANABA — The winner of the March 31 calendar raffle sponsored by St. Anthony of Padua Catholic church was Gayle Stoykovich of Escanaba. She won the $100 weekly prize.

Candlelight Dinner

GLADSTONE — Friends of the Library in Gladstone has announced the 31st Candlelight Dinner, which will take place April 26, at 6 p.m. at All Saints Catholic Church. Tickets are $20 and are available at the library or from a Friends board member. There will be a raffle for a quilt and Kindle Fire, 50/50 drawings and book giveaways. The event will be catered by Wiles Catering.
