Gladstone Library ­holiday hours

GLADSTONE — The Gladstone Public Library will be open Wednesday, Nov. 27, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28 and 29, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Forest Service Retirees Christmas lunch set

WELLS — The Forest Service Retiree’s Christmas lunch will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Solberg Buck Inn Sports Bar in Wells from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. In the spirit of the giving season, retirees are asked to bring non-perishable food items for the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry.
