Alexandra Elle Cochran and Theodore Noyes McDowell III

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Alexandra Elle Cochran and Theodore Noyes McDowell III were engaged on February 25, 2023, and would like to announce they will be united in marriage in Charleston, South Carolina in April of 2024.

Alexandra is the daughter of Kimberly and James Cochran of Driftwood, Texas. She graduated from Cypress Creek High School in Houston, Texas and then earned an MIS degree from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. Alexandra is an entrepreneur and also currently works as a cybersecurity program manager at Blackbaud, which is headquartered in Charleston.

Taylor is the son of Nelufar and Theodore Noyes McDowell Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia. Taylor graduated from Marist School in Atlanta, Georgia Tech, and the University of Virginia School of Law. He practices law as a healthcare, regulatory, and transactional attorney at Jackson Walker LLP in Austin, Texas.

Alexandra and Taylor will reside in Austin but love and visit the Upper Peninsula and Charleston often.

Alexandra is the granddaughter of Marla Gossan, of Escanaba, and Kristin Anderson, of Manistique, and the goddaughter of Rebecca Vaughan, also of Manistique.
