GLADSTONE - Audra Marie VanDamme and Philip Louis Strom were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony that took place at the Terrace Bay Inn in Gladstone on Sept. 7. Judge Stephen Davis presided over the 4 p.m. ceremony.
The couple were feted with a reception in their honor at the Terrace Bay Inn and honeymooned in Southern California.
The bride selected her cousin, Kayla VanDamme, to be her maid of honor. Serving as bridesmaid was Amanda VanDamme, sister-in-law of the bride. Claire VanDamme, sister of the bride, was the junior bridesmaid.

The groom's brother, Lewis Strom, stood as best man, and Jay VanDamme and Christian VanDamme, brothers of the bride, served as groomsmen.
Flower girl was Abby Ponto, cousin of the bride, and ring bearer was Charlie VanDamme, brother of the bride.
The daughter of Charles VanDamme and Erica Christenson of Winnetka, Ill., and Kim VanDamme of Escanaba, Audra obtained a bachelor's degree in communication from Michigan State University in 2005. She is the general manager for Upper Peninsula Business Today.
Philip is the son of Peter and Laura Strom of Gladstone. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Western Michigan University in 2005 and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School in 2009. He is chief assistant prosecuting attorney for Delta County.
