FORD RIVER - William Hay and the former Audrey Ettenhofer were united in Holy Matrimony 60 years ago on April 19, 1952, at Central Methodist Church in Escanaba.

Standing in for the couple were Edwin and Shirley Ettenhofer, brother and sister-in-law of the bride.

William was employed at Harnischfiger for 33 years and later drove a school bus for Escanaba for nine years, retiring in 1996. He enjoys woodworking, fishing and hunting in his spare time.
