A groundbreaking ceremony took place Monday at 2224 North Lincoln Road in Escanaba where a new mBank facility will be built. The need for a new facility has come after a three-year partnership with Menards where the in-store mBank facility has become too small due to a growing clientele. The 3,500 square foot full-service banking center will open later this fall, and will be the 11th full-service mBank branch in Michigan. Included in the photo are: from left, Bittner Engineering employee and mBank board member Dennis Bittner, mBank President/CEO Kelly W. George; mBank Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer Scott Ravet, mBank Vice President/Branch Manager Debbie Peterson, mBank Assistant Branch Manager April Stropich, and Moyle Construction representatives Tom Moyle, Mike Jupe and Andrew Kemper.
