GLADSTONE - Molly Lynne Bacon and Ashley Frederick Booth were married July 17 in the gazebo at the Terrace Bay Inn, Gladstone, during a ceremony officiated by Rev. Ralph Thompson. A reception immediately followed in the Terrace Bay banquet facility.

Molly is the daughter of Donald and Doranne Bacon of Gladstone. She graduated from Rapid River High School in 2001. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree in sociology from St. Norbert College in 2005 and master's degree in urban planning from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 2007. She is employed as an associate planner with the Village of Gurnee Planning & Zoning Division in Gurnee, Ill.

Ashley is the son of Fred and Joyce Booth of Balsam Lake, Wis. He graduated from Glenwood City High School in 1998 and earned a bachelor's degree in urban studies from University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in 2002 and a master's in urban planning from UW - Milwaukee in 2005. He is employed as a senior planner project manager with HNTB in Milwaukee.

Shannon Luehmann, friend of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mandy Bernick, sister of the groom; and Stephanie Boyer, Katie Weinert, Michelle Bobholz and Meghan Augustine, all friends of the bride.

Shawn Bernick, brother-in-law of groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Erik Thompson, Greg Babcock, Rob Ohman, Travis Logghe and Scott DeWyre, all friends of the groom.

Flowergirl was Ruby Bernick, niece of the groom. Ringbearer was Theodore Bernick, nephew of the groom.

Ushers were Mark Nagle and Joe Quinn, friends of the groom. Reader was Caroline Chludil, great aunt of the bride.

After the wedding weekend, the bride and groom honeymooned for two weeks throughout France and Italy.

The newlyweds have made their home in Milwaukee.
