Makosky - Tebear

BARK RIVER - Jamel M. Makosky and Damon J. Tebear were married on Sept. 18 during a 3 p.m. ceremony that took place at Central United Methodist Church in Escanaba with Rev. Scott Harmon officiating.

A reception followed at the Highland Golf Club.

Serving the couple as special guests were Amber Laucher and Gordon and Judy Wery. Bridesmaids were Mindy Malenfant, friend of the couple, and Christina Trottier and Hannah Trottier, sisters of the groom. Flower girls were Makenzy Listle and Kaia Collins, daughters of the bride.

Standing as best man for his friend was Jeremy Coolman. Groomsmen were Clint Bartley, Sean Mattson, and Eric Gollyhorn, friends of the couple.

Seating the wedding guests were Bill St. Cyr, cousin of the bride, and Phillis Launderville, friend of the couple.

Specials guests of the couple were Rita Wellman, Curt Myers and Rose Winker, grandparents of the bride; Bryant and Janet Gagnon, grandparents of the groom; and Frank and Darlene Camden, great aunt and uncle of the groom.

Reader was Maxine Trombley, aunt of the bride, and music technician was Tricia LeMire, niece of the bride. Jenna Dennings was in charge of the cake design.

A 1998 graduate of Escanaba Area High School, Jamel is the daughter of Mary Winker and Jim Winker, both of Escanaba, and Chuck Makosky of Appleton. She is employed with Classic Auto.

Damon is the son of Tina Trottier and Tim Trottier, both of Escanaba, and Dale Tebear of Escanaba. He is employed with Bosk Painting and Sandblast and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.

After honeymooning at the Four Seasons Resort in Pembine, Wis., the couple is at home in Bark River.
