Ray - Dubord

BARK RIVER - The former Brittany Ray became the bride of Steven Dubord during a ceremony held at the Bark River Bible Church. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Brad Cochrane.

A reception in honor of the couple followed at the Danforth Place.

Serving as maid of honor for her sister was Bethany Ray. Bridesmaids were: Rachelle Ives, cousin of the bride; Tricia and Nicolette Dubord, sisters of the groom; and Tiffany Robinson, Laura Klein, Donna McVay, and Sarah Johnson, all friends of the bride. Junior bridesmaids were Taylor Ray, cousin of the bride; and Hannah and Allie Dubord, sisters of the groom.

Best man was Steve Dubord, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Andrew Gearhart, Derek Olson, and Evan Pederson, all friends of the groom.

Seating the wedding guests were Tom and Rick Ray, uncles of the bride.

A 2007 graduate of Bark River High School, Brittany plans to graduate from Northern Michigan University in December with a degree in elementary education. She is the daughter of Paul and Carole Ray of Bark River.

The son of Steve and Barbi Dubord of Bark River, Steven is a 2007 graduate of Escanaba Area High School. He is a specialist with the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Riley, Kan.

The couple is making their home in Manhattan, Kan.
