GLADSTONE - Ashley Marie Godfrey and Daniel Joseph Bourdeau became husband and wife on June 12 during a noon ceremony held at St. Joseph & St. Patrick Church in Escanaba, officiated by Rev. Eric Olson. A reception was held at the Ruth Butler Building in Escanaba.
Jennifer Sebeck, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kandi Bourdeau and Kayla Bourdeau, sisters of the groom, and Cassy Collegnon, Sam Sullivan and Jessica Swan, all friends of the bride. Flower girl was Aliyah Mylander, niece of the bride.
Jim Berube, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Adam Marenger, friend of the groom; Jeremy Sebeck, brother of the bride; and Fran Berube, Mike Desotell and Nick Erickson, all friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Tyler Marenger, nephew of the groom.

The daughter of Penny Sebeck and the late Paul Godfrey, the bride graduated from Escanaba Area High School in 2007 and is currently pursuing an associate's degree in nursing from Bay de Noc Community College. Ashley is employed with Bishop Noa Home in Escanaba as an LPN.
The son of Donelle Robitaille and Dan Bourdeau, the groom graduated from Escanaba Area High School in 2007. He is pursuing an associate's degree in law enforcement from Bay de Noc Community College. Dan is employed with SCSI in Escanaba as a welder.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Las Vegas and have made their home in Gladstone.
