What a "terrible" piece of journalism. Is this a story about the jail? It sure isn't a tribute to the many local volunteers to a program started by Sheriff Carlson years ago. Over the years many citizens have benefited by this program. You wouldn't tell from this article.

Anyway.... my hat is tipped to the many volunteers who have supported our local law enforcement over the past 20 years and made their jobs much easier.

What does the jail have to do with "victim service providers"? The whole story was blown away by the jail. How about highlighting some of the victim service providers in the county?
