You can 'bind it over' all you want Wiggerbings.. with the coverage in the Paper here and 'Court of Public Opinion' it'll probably be moved to an area of the State where none of this has been heard of - They won't be able to find a JURY that hasn't heard the case and 'pre-judged' the 'alleged' criminals..

So, let's just keep the 'juicy details' a flowing.. and the rumor and gossip and all.. make sure NOBODY hasn't heard about this case.. and then see how the Judicial system struggles to bring it to trial..

Nobody thinks of that while they open that hole beneath their nose and spew their Pious "Holier than Thou" gutter bilge.. Hiding behind FAKE names so as to Not really ever have to be responsible for their filthy remarks towards another human being. Easy to throw stones from hiding eh?

These folks may just end up in a Mental Hospital - But here you have them GUILTY before being PROVEN.. That only applies when its 'YOU' in front of a Judge though.. right?

There is a special section in*****for people like this. Hopefully someone takes care of them once they get to prison.

There are times that a fair trial is a waste of time. This is one of them. A plea deal or lesser charge because of a technicality would be a huge shame. These are the types of people that are waste of tax payers money when it come to it being spent on or for a trial and then prison time.

Plea bargains are offered for various reasons, but in this case it would most likely be offered to spare the kid from testifying. It is important to note that if there is a plea bargain, all crimes committed (even those note plead to) are part of the sentencing guidelines.

Joe, I think Capt. Segorski was referring to the police being there which was shocking to the young man, that they (police) were there and that it was unusual for anyone but the two dirt balls to be there. Hang them.

When police arrived at the home located on the 1500 block of North 20th Street, Segorski said the boy was scared. "It was just a shock there were people other than (the boyfriend) and his mother at the residence," the police captain said.

NOTE: "...there were people other than (the boyfriend) and his mother at the residence, ..." They should be charged too, I'm sure they just maybe, tortured and abused him too.

I hope this boy gets put with a loving family. My heart goes out to him. So, so sad it breaks my heart. How can you treat your own son or anyone for that matter in such a grotesque manner....God help us.

I TRULY PRAY THIS CASE IS BOUND OVER TO CIRCUIT COURT AND THERE ARE NO PLEA BARGAINS OFFERED. ALL 3 FELONIES NEED TO BE CHARGED AND FOLLOWED THROUGH. JUST THINK OF ALL THE OTHER CASES LIKE THIS THAT ARE YET UNDISCOVERED....MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON THERE SOULS
